REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Every TailboardDNA product is made to order. Because each piece is printed specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email info@tailboarddna.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect Size or Color Ordered
We cannot exchange or refund size or color mistakes. Please review size charts before ordering.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if it shows no movement for 15 business days in Canada or the United States, or 30 business days for international orders. Verified lost packages will be replaced.

Final Sale Items
Limited Edition Drops, Clearance, and Legacy pieces are final sale without exception.
